Can you customize products to our furnace, steel grade and operating conditions?
Yes. Our engineers design by vessel and process: lining architecture, brick grade, antioxidant system and slag-line configuration are matched to your furnace type, steel grade, slag chemistry and heat cycle. Send us your drawings or operating data and we will propose a solution, not just a catalog item.
How do you ensure quality and consistency?
Our refractories are made in our own factory, with raw material inspection, in-process control and pre-shipment testing of physical and chemical properties. A test report accompanies every batch. Equipment and spare parts are checked against your drawings and specifications before dispatch.
What are your MOQ, lead time, packaging, and payment terms?
We welcome trial orders; the MOQ depends on the product type. We offer short lead times. Our refractory products are packed on export-standard pallets with moisture-proof and impact-resistant protection. We can arrange shipping—including FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, CIP, CPT, or FCA terms to your port—or provide optimized logistics solutions. Payment terms are flexible (e.g., T/T, L/C). We currently serve steel plants in the USA, Russia, Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, Japan, South Korea, Turkey, Iran, Mexico, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Turkmenistan, Venezuela, and Taiwan.
How do I request a quote or technical support?
Send us an RFQ with your furnace or vessel type, capacity, steel grade, current lining life and pain points. You will receive a technical proposal and quotation within 24–48 hours. Our engineers also give free lining-optimization advice for vessel and continuous casting problems.
